Susan's advertisement caught our attention as we read that 90% of her listings sold in 90 days or less. What was interesting about the ad was that she listed several addresses of her listings that sold quickly, which showed that she had facts to back up her statement.

Next, we looked at Susan's website. We read about her wonderful background and experience, and we were extremely impressed. Susan's background indicated that she had significant experience in dealing with negotiating and debating.

We arranged for an initial meeting with Susan. We liked her personality, attitude, enthusiasm, and marketing strategy, and we listed our old house with her on July 5, 2006. Susan offered many helpful suggestions regarding small changes we could make to improve our resale value of our home, and she arranged for several open houses.

Susan was in constant communication with us from the very beginning. Instead of reaching her voice mail if we called the office when she wasn't there, she would have all calls forwarded to her cell phone and would answer immediately. Like many other homeowners trying to sell their homes, we were faced with a common dilemma…buy first or sell first? On the one hand, we didn't want to sell our home and have no place to live.
